About Us
Based in the North West and delivering courses across the UK, P3 First Aid Training provides accredited and bespoke first aid training North West organisations can rely on. We support everyone from complete beginners to advanced learners across workplaces, schools, healthcare settings and community organisations, helping people build safer environments with confident, competent first aiders.
Paul brings a unique blend of operational leadership and clinical care to the table. With frontline experience supporting the North West Ambulance Service as an Urgent Care Lead and over six years as a professional trainer, he’s qualified in FREC 4, SALM, Medical Gases. He holds the Level 3 Award in Education and Training (AET). His background spans healthcare, corporate training, and operational strategy, all delivered with a calm, compassionate, and learner-focused approach.
Founded in 2025 by Paul Gill, P3 First Aid Training was created to deliver practical, engaging training built around real-world experience. Our approach goes beyond simply meeting training requirements – we want people to understand why they are doing something, build genuine confidence in their skills, and be prepared to act when it matters.

Our Services:
We provide a range of practical first aid, emergency care and specialist training for workplaces, schools, healthcare settings, community organisations and other sectors.
Our provision includes workplace and paediatric first aid, CPR and AED training, Allergy & Anaphylaxis Emergency Response (AAER), Immediate Life Support (ILS), specialist and bespoke training, and scenario-based learning tailored to individual organisations.
Alongside training, P3 also provides event medical cover and specialist support services.
