P3 in the Community
Building confidence, sharing lifesaving skills and strengthening our local community.
Why P3 in the Community?
First aid is more than a qualification. It is about having the confidence to recognise when someone needs help and knowing what to do in those first crucial moments.
P3 First Aid Training was founded on the belief that practical, accessible training can make a real difference to the lives of others.
Having grown up in Little Hulton, our founder understands the importance of strong local communities and people looking out for one another.
Through P3 in the Community, our aim is to share lifesaving knowledge, build confidence and help more people feel prepared to act when it matters most.
One person cannot be everywhere. But the knowledge and confidence they share can be.
Our Community Commitment
Lifesaving skills should be accessible to everyone.
Through P3 in the Community, our ambition is to offer one free, two-hour CPR and AED awareness session each month, helping local people develop the knowledge and confidence to respond in an emergency.
These sessions will focus on practical participation, everyday situations and giving people the opportunity to ask questions, practise skills and build confidence in a supportive environment.
Our initial focus is Little Hulton and the surrounding communities, building on the success of our Healthy Hearts sessions at The Pavilion.
As a small independent training business, this commitment will be delivered subject to available resources, suitable venues and existing training commitments.
Our aim is simple: to make a meaningful, sustainable contribution to the communities we serve.
Healthy Hearts: Where It Began
Our community commitment builds on the success of the Healthy Hearts CPR and AED Awareness Programme, delivered at The Pavilion in Little Hulton with support from Salford CVS funding.
Across three sessions in September and October 2026, local residents came together to learn, practise and build confidence in responding to a cardiac emergency.
The sessions demonstrated something important: people benefit enormously from having time to practise, ask questions and learn in a relaxed, supportive environment.
We adapted our approach as the programme progressed, placing greater emphasis on hands-on learning, practical scenarios and individual confidence.
The response was encouraging, with participants returning for additional practice, families attending together and positive feedback reinforcing the value of accessible community training.
Healthy Hearts was more than three training sessions. It demonstrated what can happen when local people are given the opportunity to learn skills that could save a life.

Working Together to Make a Difference
We believe that stronger, safer communities are built through people and organisations working together.
P3 in the Community welcomes conversations with local community groups, voluntary organisations, schools, charities and venues that share our commitment to improving first aid awareness and confidence.
Whether you can provide a suitable space, help bring local residents together or support the delivery of community awareness sessions, we would welcome the opportunity to explore how we might work together.
We are particularly interested in reaching people who may not otherwise have access to practical CPR and AED awareness opportunities.
Small contributions, shared knowledge and local partnerships can make a lasting difference.
Our Community Partners & Supporters
We are proud to work alongside local community organisations, charities and supporters who share our commitment to making lifesaving skills accessible to everyone.
Through collaboration, community venues and shared resources, we aim to bring free CPR and AED awareness sessions to more people across Little Hulton and the surrounding communities.
Supportive Spaces CIC
